With November comes the various holiday season celebrations which the young and old alike have come to expect and to enjoy. One event in Chicago which is sure to bring out the kids and their parents in each year is the 99th Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in Daley Plaza.
Each year, the Tree Lighting in Chicago is filled with a myriad of glittering lights and beautiful decorative ornaments that dazzle visitors and bring back glorious memories of holidays passed. On November 21st, Daley Plaza will be filled to the brim with all sorts of holiday patrons and seasonal well wishers who will come to see the large tree light up at 5 p.m.
Of course, one of the most notable parts of the excitement and joy of the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony is the opening of other nearby winter attractions like the popular Santa House. That’s right, if your kids have been nice instead of naughty during the year, you’ll want to bring them down to meet Santa and all of his wonderful friends in the workshop. Make certain that you bring your camera along so you can capture that magical moment of your child with Santa!
